By connecting a wallet or using any part of Arclore, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms apply across the marketplace, launchpad, games, and mobile app.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Arclore, including our website, NFT marketplace, launchpad, on-chain games, and mobile application (together, the "Platform"). By connecting a wallet, creating a collection, trading, playing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

About Arclore

Arclore is an NFT marketplace and launchpad built on the ARC blockchain. NFTs on Arclore use the ERC-6220 equippable standard, meaning assets can be modular and composed of on-chain parts. The native gas token of the ARC network is USDC. Arclore currently operates on the ARC testnet, and assets, balances, and game progress may be reset, migrated, or removed as the network and Platform evolve.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract and to trade digital assets. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful where you live. The Platform is not offered to anyone barred from using it under applicable law or subject to sanctions.

Wallet and Account Responsibility

Access to Arclore is through a self-custodial wallet that you control. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases. Arclore never holds your private keys and cannot recover lost credentials, reverse transactions, or restore access to a compromised wallet. Any action signed by your wallet is treated as authorized by you.

Marketplace

The marketplace lets you list, buy, sell, and transfer NFTs. Transactions are executed by smart contracts on the ARC blockchain and are generally final and irreversible once confirmed. Prices, ownership, and listing status are determined on-chain. Arclore is a venue that facilitates these transactions and is not a party to the trades between users.

Launchpad and Minting

Creators may deploy collections and mint NFTs through the launchpad. If you create a collection, you represent that you own or have the rights to all content you publish and that it does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of your collection metadata, supply, and pricing. Arclore may remove or hide collections that violate these Terms.

Games and In-Game Assets

Arclore offers on-chain games such as Explorer and Farm. In-game items, currencies, attributes, and progress are experimental and provided for entertainment. They carry no guaranteed monetary value and may be adjusted, rebalanced, paused, or reset at any time. Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating gameplay, or manipulating game economies is prohibited and may result in loss of progress or access.

Mobile Application

The Arclore mobile app provides access to selected Platform features. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the relevant app store. App features, availability, and behavior may differ from the web experience and may change between releases.

Fees and Treasury

Using the Platform may incur network gas fees paid in USDC and marketplace or platform fees. Marketplace transaction fees go to the treasury to support ongoing development and growth of the Platform. Fees are disclosed at the point of the relevant action and may change over time.

Intellectual Property

The Arclore name, logo, branding, interface, and original content are owned by Arclore and protected by applicable law. Ownership of an NFT grants the rights described by its collection and smart contract, not ownership of Arclore intellectual property. You retain the rights to content you create, and you grant Arclore a license to display and promote it on the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct and Content

You may not upload, mint, or trade content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, hateful, or infringing. You may not use the Platform for money laundering, market manipulation, wash trading, or to interfere with its security or operation. Collections or accounts violating these rules may be restricted or removed.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for a safe and reliable experience, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that smart contracts are free of vulnerabilities. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arclore and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of assets, profits, or data arising from your use of the Platform, smart contract behavior, network failures, or third party services.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to or rely on third party services such as wallets, RPC providers, and storage networks. Arclore does not control and is not responsible for these services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Risk Warning

Trading NFTs and digital assets involves risk. Arclore runs on the ARC testnet, and assets may be reset or lost. Only commit what you can afford to lose.

Platform Updates

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use indicates acceptance of the new terms.
